Hi there!
I’m Keshia Schoenadel, owner and chef of Keshia’s Kakes. I started this business back in 2005, just fresh out of Culinary School, after realizing that my love for cooking and baking along with my passion for all things crafty would lead me to creating my own business of cake design!
It is something that has evolved over the last decade and has always been there as a way to escape from the mundane work life and do something to express my creative side, which I think makes up 99% of me:)
As I head into my 17th year in business, I think about all the places this has taken me, all the people I have met through my love of hospitality in all its various aspects, the other vendors I have made lasting relationships with, my family (crew) who have made every single part of it possible, and ultimately where this will take me in the future.
I pride myself in making sure you the customer love what I have made for you. Fifty percent of what I do is to please the entrepreneur and crafty person that I am, and the other fifty percent is to please you, the customer, on your special day. Together these things make me whole.
This year I plan to offer a variety of delicious and refined flavors and frostings. I plan to continue to create one of a kind designs to wow you on your special day. I plan to continue to offer Gluten and Vegan options that are simply delicious by anyone’s tastebuds.
I have loved every minute of the last 16 years and plan to make 2022 a year full of delicious and beautiful cakes for all of you :) Hope to continue this journey as far as it will take me.
